What Do I Need Before Booking a WorkCover Appointment?
There are a few important things to consider when booking an appointment with a WorkCover psychologist. We’ve included a checklist below:
- Approval from your WorkCover Case Manager: Your case manager is there to help keep track of your claim and pay invoices. You will need written approval from your WorkCover Case Manager (usually in the form of a letter) before you can access psychology services.
- GP referral paperwork and claim number: As part of a WorkCover requirement, we will need a copy of your GP referral, approval letter, and claim number before we can book in your first appointment.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team or your WorkCover Case Manager. We’re here to help!
