What ADHD Can Look Like in Adults

ADHD can be easy to miss until life gets busier and the usual coping strategies stop working. An initial consultation can help you understand what’s going on and whether ADHD (or something else) fits best.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to common ADHD questions. Want clarity on your situation? Start with an initial consult and we’ll recommend the best next step.

Book Consultation
  • Do you diagnose ADHD?

Yes we can! We start with an ADHD initial consultation to screen symptoms and understand your history. If a formal diagnosis is needed, we’ll guide you to the most appropriate pathway and can support you through next steps.

  • Can you prescribe medication?

No. Medication requires a GP and/or psychiatrist. If medication is part of what you’re exploring, we can refer you into a psychiatrist pathway and support the psychological side alongside medical care.

  • How long does it take to get started?

You can begin with an initial consult. From there, we’ll recommend the quickest and most appropriate next step based on your goals.

  • What if I’m not sure it’s ADHD?

That’s exactly what the initial consult is for. We’ll help clarify what’s going on and be transparent if another explanation fits better.

  • Do I need a referral?

No referral needed to book. A GP Mental Health Care Plan may help you access Medicare rebates.
